The Ginza NFT Gallery is set to launch its 5th open call for submissions next week. With the aim of showcasing exceptional digital art to the world, the gallery will be accepting entries from the 18th to the 19th of July.
However, based on the experience from the previous four calls, entries tend to flood in quickly and the submission period often closes approximately within a day, much earlier than the scheduled two-day timeframe. We, therefore, encourage interested artists to apply promptly to avoid missing out on this opportunity.
The submission formats accepted are images (in JPG format) or 3Ds (in GLB format), with no specific theme or restrictions set. It should be noted that all submissions must be made through the dedicated application form; simply retweeting or other forms of application will not be accepted.
The open call is scheduled to commence at 17:00 JST (8:00 UTC) on the 18th of July. The results will then be announced on the 21st of July, with the artwork submission period running from the 21st to the 23rd of July.
Those who are selected will receive an email (Bcc) with the submission form and a link to a support Discord server. Please note that no notifications will be sent via Twitter Direct Messages.
The application form will be available in both English and Japanese.
Furthermore, a select few pieces from the winning submissions will also have the chance to be showcased as part of the Tokyo NFT Art Caravan. We eagerly await your creations at the frontier of digital art, the Ginza NFT Gallery.
