We have released a low-resolution version of XPAND Code called XPAND Code “Pixel”.
The code can be displayed at a width of just 160px, making it possible to scan in-game spaces with a smartphone.
In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, for example, it can be created using just five custom design panels.
XPAND Code Pixel can also be used for LED signs on buses and in shops.
For a 24-dot LED matrix, only seven units are required.
It will be available from the 22nd.
