Hello, and welcome to Wednesday's feature in "Explore Ginza" — the Ginza NFT Gallery. This week we again introduce nine standout NFT artworks selected from the First Open Call. Each creator has also provided descriptions of their works in Japanese, English and Chinese.
To visit the Ginza NFT Gallery, tap the button on this page or scan the XPAND Code. The works introduced this week are housed in Exhibition Room 2.
The Second Open Call also received a large number of entries and closed early. As a result, the English-language submissions originally planned for Round 2 were cancelled; however, the Third Open Call is scheduled for late May and will accept entries in English and Chinese as well.
The Ginza NFT Gallery will continue to introduce ten standout works each week. Let's keep enjoying the world of NFT art! Thank you for your continued support of "Explore Ginza", which brings you the latest from Ginza. Look forward to next week!
Together with You — Nami_NFT
Thank you so much for viewing my work. When this piece was completed, I felt that the three figures in it were like a "family", and so I gave it this title. I hope it brings a feeling of warmth to all who see it.
A Flower Blooming in the Capital — Pix ta01
Because these are constrained times, a single flower blooms freely and vigorously in the capital once called Edo.
Going My Own Way — HIKARI — HeartHope
Inspired by the daruma doll — a traditional Japanese craft considered to bring good luck — I created this work with hopes and dreams for the near future. It is a piece that stands out even in virtual space.
Love Bird #001 — Yoya
I depicted a blue button parakeet from among the lovebirds — birds known for their high sociability and deep affection. Small yet highly intelligent, expressive and friendly and adorable. The only downside is their loud voices and strong bite... The model is the one I keep at home.
